We have a park of 12 full lines of profiling equipment that allow us to undertake the production of profiles of thicknesses between 0.2 and 8 millimetres. The lines are equipped with interchangeable cutting and drilling presses from 50 to 150 tons.

Our quality system is based on the UNE-EN 10162:2005 standard, complying with the CE marking requirements.
Our products go through a control system, which covers from RAW MATERIAL to the FINAL PRODUCT, and the intermediate stages of transformation.
Prior to manufacture, all materials must first undergo quality control, ensuring their conformity and subsequently being coded and thus ensuring their traceability.
Our raw material is supplied by the main rolling mills on the domestic market, which are required to certify and guarantee their main characteristics, under certification 3.1
During the manufacturing process, we keep track of both the raw material and the final product, which is recorded in a document that we make available to our customers as a guarantee of TRACEABILITY.
