Perfinasa participates in the presentation of the CEN business community and Business and Humanism Institute of the University of Navarra for a people-centric organisational model
On March 24, the Navarra Business Confederation (CEN) and Business and Humanism Institute of the University of Navarra presented the ‘People, Purpose and Competitiveness’ business community which they have been promoting since the beginning of 2022 and which already includes 27 companies, among which is Perfinasa. The conference, sponsored by CaixaBank, the ISS Chair of the University of Navarra and the Diario de Navarra Foundation, was held in CEN’s conference hall and attended by around 120 entrepreneurs and professionals.
Perfinasa has been working for several years alongside the Navarra Business Confederation (CEN) to promote people-centric processes that focus on people’s particular needs and the importance of caring for each individual; for Perfinasa, people are the true creators of value. When CEN joins up with the University of Navarra, Perfinasa becomes part of this initiative and can clearly appreciate how collaboration with this prestigious institute, by applying the typical theory taught at a university, goes on to lay the cornerstone of everything that follows.
“Our greatest surprise has been the discovery of a theoretical framework that has become deeply rooted. They have developed a practical quantification model to see how close we are to our own goal, and this allows us to see how to implement our own ideas,” explains Javier Antúnez, Perfinasa’s Director.
During the presentation, the President of CEN, Juan Miguel Sucunza, also described the programme’s milestones and emphasised that, “We are in the middle of a transformational process that requires us to focus our work differently and this new scenario is one that demands a greater capacity for innovation, a closer approach to the customer by showing more empathy than ever before, the use of technology as the best ally and the deepest respect for our environment and planet”. Sucunza then went on to highlight CEN’s commitment to their change towards a people-centric organisational model.
The business community currently includes Aguacanal, Anet, Atecna, Bearzun, Biko2, Congelados de Navarra, Conor Sport, Focke Meler, Fundación Matia, GM Global Solutions, Grupo Indaux, Grupo Idea, Grupo la Información, Ingeteam, Isringhausen, ISS Facility Services, Kalman, Koxka, Mercadona, Norgestion, Perfinasa, Sedena, Siemens Gamesa, Smurfit Kappa, Tanatorios Irache, Tigloo, and Uvesco.
